Compassion International is helping bring children out of poverty every day?
Poverty can seem so far away and we can feel helpless in making a difference. But in partnering with Compassion by sponsoring a child, our love, support and encouragement begins changing that child’s life right away.
My family sponsors these two children: Wendy (12) in El Salvador and Ruben (6) in the Philippines.
Our kids love how they are similar in age to our sponsor kids. When we receive a letter in the mail from Wendy or Ruben, my kiddos jump for joy. Our partnership with Compassion has brought a part of the world that seems so far away and hard to understand as close as a letter in our hands, a photo on our fridge and an overwhelming sense of family to our hearts.
