This week, I wanted to give you a list of some of my favorite books. Ones that have helped me in the various aspects of my health: spiritual, relational, emotional, mental and physical.
I believe that the triad of body, mind and spirit are equally affected by each other. When one aspect is struggling, the others will struggle too. So here’s to your health!
This is not an exhaustive list of all the amazing books on these topics, but they are ones on my shelf that have helped me and I pray they help you too.

INTRODUCING THE #REFRAMEYOURDAY SHOP
Friends, times are tough! And we could all use some visual reminders that God loves us, no matter what we face or how we feel.
Which is why I’d love to present the ReframeYourDay shop!
I’d love your support to keep doing what I love through your purchase of a tee or print. And I pray it equally supports you on your journey of reframing your days through the lens of God’s love for you 💗

To our health, friends!

Thank you Andrea! I am so happy that you find my book helpful. Blessings, Love and Laughter to you, Margaret
So helpful, Margaret! Thank you for your work. I’m praying it helps many, many, many people who are struggling.
